🎈WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! Come JOIN US for the planning of fun with family, friends, and neighbors celebrating National Night Out. We need a volunteer as an event coordinator for the 2023 National Night Out community project. The event coordinator is responsible for overseeing all tasks to the event planning process which includes:
- prepare a voting poll on best day and time
- prepare an event planning layout
- gather more volunteers to assist with tasks, supplies, decorations
- meet vendors for children and adult activities
- submit financial budget to board for approval of expenses
- invite all community neighbors, emergency responders, local officials, and state representatives
