Payment Method Options
MPNA offers several ways to pay yearly association fees.  Homeowners and residents can pay by mail, in person, or via online PayPal services or via Cash app using their smartphone.

If you would like to pay by check via mail, please make check, money order or cashier’s check payable to: Miller’s Point Neighborhood Association, Inc. or MPNA. (don’t send cash).  Please send completed Membership Application Form with payment to mailing address:

Dues may be paid at the Business or General Meetings to Treasurer. Homeowners and residents paying in person are issued a receipt as proof of payment.

Pay MPNA Dues by clicking on “Buy Now”, you will be directed to PayPal to log in. If you have an existing account, you will be asked to log in and approve the purchase. If you don’t have an account, you may click on Pay with Debit or Credit Card to proceed through the PayPal Guest Checkout.  If you don’t have a PayPal account, you may create one, using the instructions provided by PayPal.

For the easiest way to send and receive money at no cost, we accept secure payments through Cash App, Square, Inc.  It is SAFE and FREE money app.  The Cash App protects all of your payments with Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode.  If you already have Cash app, you may access cash.app/$millerspointna.  

If you do not have Cash app, please follow the instructions below. Download Cash App on to your smartphone (via App Store or Google Play Store) by clicking on one of the links to get started.  

Please follow the setup instructions:
Step 1:
 Enter your mobile number or email address then select Next at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Enter the code sent to your mobile or email address (agree to Terms) then select Next
Step 3: Enter Referral Code GXCVDMH
Step 4: Add your bank card using your debit card then select Next (if you choose to pay by credit card you will be charged a 3% fee.)
Step 5: Enter your First and Last Name then select Next and enter your zip code
Step 6: Choose a $Cashtag for your unique name for getting paid by anyone (example:$JaneDoe)
Step 7: Skip or Invite your friends (for $5).
Step 8: Go to the green transaction screen and enter the dollar amount
Step 9: select Pay
Step 10: Pay To: $millerspointna and (Enter For: Renewal Membership) or (Enter For: New Membership) or Enter (For: Donations)

Membership dues for 2023 are $30 per household and cover period from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.  Only one application is required per household.  To complete registration for New Members or Renewal Membership, please click here to fill out a Membership Association Application Form.
