Does the Miller’s Point water come from the City of Converse?
No. Our water resource for Miller’s Point comes from SAWS and not the City of Converse. SAWS draws water from the Edwards Aquifer to service its customers in all 8 counties of the Greater San Antonio metropolitan area. The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is owned by the City of San Antonio.

COMMUNITY PIPE REPAIR PROGRAM FUND | SAN ANTONIO AREA FOUNDATION
The CPR Fund supports SAWS customers in need of emergency plumbing repair.
By direction of Mayor Ron Nirenberg and in partnership with SAWS, the Area Foundation has set up a charitable fund, the Community Pipe Repair Program Fund (“CPR Fund”), to assist low-income households with plumbing repairs resulting from the recent snowstorm and freezing temperatures.
Individuals and families will apply for assistance from the CPR Fund directly through SAWS (coming soon), who will screen their customers to evaluate needs and the appropriate response based on household income. The repair program will be administered by SAWS until all funds are exhausted. Read more at https://saafdn.org/cpr
