The purposes for which the Corporation is organized are to combat community deterioration, combat juvenile delinquency, and crime in the neighborhood.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors to the betterment our neighborhood and build a partnership with the community, city officials, and law enforcement to reduce crime, increase street safety and traffic control, promote social activities to raise awareness, and improve livability.
