🎈Join us via Zoom, as we are excited to come together and recap our 2024 National Night Out. At this meeting, we will discuss the 2024 National Night Out’s highlights and takeaways.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! We need a volunteer as an event coordinator for the 2025 National Night Out community project. The event coordinator is responsible for overseeing all tasks to the event planning process which includes:
1.) prepare a voting poll on best day and time
2.) prepare an event planning layout
3.) gather more volunteers to assist with tasks, supplies, decorations
4.) meet vendors for children and adult activities
5.) submit financial budget to board for approval of expenses
6.) invite all community neighbors, emergency responders, local officials, and state representatives
